What should I email about?
We welcome:
- Factual corrections — wrong runway length, outdated fee, mis-attributed program, a dead operator listed as active.
- Source pitches — former charter brokers, fractional members, aircraft management operators, FBO directors, aviation tax advisors with material to share.
- Program or operator inquiries — operators who want their structure, pricing, or fleet represented accurately. We do not accept sponsored placement; we will accept current and corrected information.
- Tips and leads — under-covered events, regional fly-ins, regulatory or tax changes we should be tracking.
What about advertising or affiliate partnerships?
PilotPrivate does not run display advertising and does not enter affiliate partnerships with brokers, operators, jet card programs, or fractional providers. Sponsored content and paid placement inquiries will receive a brief decline rather than a quote.
How long does it take to get a response?
Verifiable accuracy disputes get a response within five business days. Operator and program inquiries within ten. Pitches and tips are read and considered; we reply when we publish something based on them, which is not always.
